Questions
How are minutes counted?
Storage minutes are the total length of the video you keep stored each month. Delivery minutes are the total time your audience spends watching, across every quality level. There are no separate bandwidth or bitrate charges.
What happens if I go over?
Nothing breaks. You can pay per-minute overage or add a discounted minute pack, whichever is cheaper, and the calculator shows you which before you commit.
Can I host audio and podcasts too?
Yes. Every plan includes a block of audio minutes for podcasts or audio versions of your shows, included rather than metered.
How much do you take from subscriptions and tickets?
An 8% platform fee plus standard card processing, typically 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction. That is the whole cut, and you keep the rest.
Do I need OBS?
Use whatever encoder you like. We provide the player, storage, paywalls, chat, and analytics, and you bring the stream.
Can I simulcast to other platforms?
Yes. Simulcasting works, and the minutes people watch on your Third Coast TV page count toward delivery like any other viewing.
