- descriptions, tags, and uploaded images

We do not store credit card numbers.
All payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Their privacy policies apply.
Communications

We only receive confirmation data from Stripe, not full card numbers.

If you delete your account:

- billing and legal records may be preserved
- content cached by third-party delivery networks may take time to expire
8. Children
Third Coast TV requires users to be at least 13 years of age. Users between 13-16 require verifiable parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with COPPA. We recommend users be at least 16 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction for full Platform access.
If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
