Creator & Organization Information

  • Show, Episode, and Event metadata
  • profile branding assets
  • descriptions, tags, and uploaded images
  • payout details through Stripe Connect

Payment Information

We do not store credit card numbers.

All payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Their privacy policies apply.

We only receive confirmation data from Stripe, not full card numbers.

C. Communicate With You

  • support replies
  • policy updates
  • creator account notifications

D. Maintain and Improve the Platform

  • load balancing and performance tuning
  • troubleshooting bugs
  • developing new features
  • analyzing aggregated usage patterns
  • detecting fraud or platform misuse
  • enforcing Terms of Service
  • complying with legal requests
  • DMCA notices and counter-notices
  • required reporting (e.g., NCMEC for CSAM)

Where applicable, we will describe the purpose and request explicit permission.

5. Sharing Your Information

  • provide the Services
  • satisfy legal and tax obligations
  • maintain audit and billing records
  • prevent fraud or re-registration abuse

If you delete your account:

  • personal data is removed or anonymized
  • billing and legal records may be preserved
  • content cached by third-party delivery networks may take time to expire

8. Children

Third Coast TV requires users to be at least 13 years of age. Users between 13-16 require verifiable parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with COPPA. We recommend users be at least 16 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction for full Platform access.

If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
